La Schuppa Dal Ospetaria
SCHUPPA DAL OSPETARIA
(la soupe de l’Auberge)

Ingrédients:
100gr d’Orge Perlé
2L d’Eau
40g beurre
2 cubes bouillon
1 cas sel
1/2 celeri
1 tige de poireau
1/2 chou blanc
2 carottes
1 oignon
300g de viande de dromadaire ou boeuf
200g de viande séchée
150g de bacon
200ml de crème fraiche
Éplucher le céleri et les carottes et couper en petits cubes ou lanières
couper le poireau en petite tranches et couper le chou en fines lanières
couper l’oignon en petits dés
faites chauffer l’huile dans une grande sauteuse
y faire blondir le céleri et le chou
ajouter les 2L d’eau et y incorporer l’orge, l’oignon et le poireau
ajouter les cubes bouillon
Faire cuire à feu doux pendant 2h1/2
couper les viandes en petits cubes et ajouter à la soupe
laisser mijoter pendant 30min
en fin de cuisson, assaisonner au sel et poivre et ajouter la crème fraiche avant de servir.

Mình hay dùng điện thoại nên thích mấy trang nào bố cục rõ ràng, không phải phóng to thu nhỏ nhiều, cái này làm ổn. Menu đặt chỗ dễ nhìn nên chuyển qua lại cũng nhanh, không phải mò. Nói chung cảm giác như họ sắp xếp thông tin gọn gàng, đọc lướt vẫn nắm được mình đang ở mục nào. Nhìn qua mấy bảng dạng cột thấy canh hàng thẳng, chữ không bị dính nhau nên lướt…
